Fees and Costs

Fees



$600.00 per hour for all professional services (preparation, research, study, communication, hearings, drafting, etc.). One hour minimum charged upon retention.



$200.00 per hour for non-local travel; no professional fee charged for local travel in the Fresno-Clovis-Madera area.



Cancellation fees if cancellation within 30 days of scheduled date(s) and SengADR unable to reschedule: $2000.00 per half day, $4000.00 per full day.

Costs



Actual incurred for lodging and IRS per mile rate for travel.

Fees and costs due and payable by party contracting with Seng ADR within 30 days of billing. Payment not dependent on client payment to attorney.
